We lend based on the circumstances and our expertise, not credit scoring and lots of paperwork.
Your Choice of Loan Products
We will provide loans for almost any purpose, but specialise in business or share acquisitions. We typically require some security, which can be property, shares, or other assets. Your business can borrow from 6 to 60 months and pay the loan off at any time. A small arrangement fee is charged for our administration in setting up the facility. We lend in USD GBP or Euros
Our rates are based on an understanding of the circumstances, how much your business requires and how long your business wants to pay the loan back. We can offer interest rates lower than the average, because we only accept business from our trusted pool of professional advisors and so our risk is generally lower than other lenders.
We will typically give you a verbal decision within 2 hours of receiving all of the requested paperwork. You will need to sign a few papers which will be organised by your professional advisor. We are then able to give you full approval and can agree the facility and the terms. We then pay to the beneficiary within 48 hours.
We find out your requirements from our professional advisors accept the application form by email, fax or post. Find out who you want to send the money to and ask you to complete the security documentation and loan schedule. We then transfer funds to the beneficiary by bank transfer.
